Who is hunger?

I choose the title as "Who is hungry?" because the picture has people who are more hungry.
There kids around the world who are still hungry and still dies even today because of hunger and we call ourselves developed, developing nation.
Where the political leaders don't go hungry, rich don't than why the kids of that country goes hungry and have to die.

Can we still say we are developed, civilized?
